I just read a post about how #fitspo is wrong, but isn't it just wrong if we aspire to something that does not fit our body type? I tried to find some pictures real quick that reflect my goals this year. I want to build some muscle, I want to add some fitness. But I don't have any desire to change my weight. In fact the only weight I feel truly interested in is the weights I can lift. I would like to resume running as well but at this point it doesn't feel very realistic. Inlines are real good exercise though and not nearly as hard on the knees! I have some plans on trying to improve power walk times though. Only thing stopping me is I enjoy stopping to look at things too much 🙂
